Horizon Workspace Reports

Hello,

I've installed an Horizon Workspace system (1.5 upgraded from 1.0) using internal database and the only reports I can produce are: users, group membership and audit.

When I select resource usage, resource entitlements or horizon files usage, I obtain: "no matching records". Please note that the system is currently used by more or less 10 users with a dozen of files each and is still in evaluation mode.

Can you please check the logs in service-va to see if you have any error messages in the log?

/opt/vmware/horizon/horizoninstance/logs/horizon.log

Hello,

I tried to watch the horizon.log file during the report geeration (tail -f) but I can't find any related error.

Anything in mailbox.log in data-va? You will need to see older log messages to see if data-va had any errors sending the audit information to service-va.
