Horizon Workspace - Admin GUI

I just completed the installation of Horizon Workspace and I am able to access the configurator and connector admin GUIs, but I am unable to see the GUI to manage the adding of apps, desktops, and data....  What am I missing???  How do I get to the correct GUI?

for adding desktops and their entitlements, you need to depend on View Administration. These actions can not be performed from Horizon /SAAS as of today. Everytime you make change to desktops, perform View Pool sync operations.

For updating other entitlements, gateway/SAAS is the admin login webpage
