Helpdesk and enterprise wipe

If I want to give our helpdesk team permission to perform remore enterprise wipe - can I give them a different security code?

Security code is set per admin account. You can always track and see who performs what action within the console.

how to we check and see 'Who is doing what' whithin the AirWatch Console ? I would like to see what my helpdesk staff are doing. Example i need to see who modified a particular user or removed an app for an enrolled user. OR, see what a specific help desk user has done.
