HUB Communication after 24hr period on IOS Only

Has anyone experienced issues with the devices losing communication with HUB after a certain period of time.  For example all of our IOS Devices if user goes on vacation and returns a da or more later and has not used their iphone or ipad and cannot remember the pass-code they call our service desk for an Unlock but since its been more than an a day or so the system cannot communicate with Airwatch /Hub on the device .  its like the Hub app stops communication as a security feature or something ?  Not sure what it is .

Hi Anthony,
A while back I spoke to Airwatch support along with Apple support and both confirmed that Apple Support, and both confirmed that if a iOS user enters their pass code too many times and disables the device or if the user reboots the device it will lose communication with the internet and any MDM solution. In this case you will have to unlock the device using the pass code or wipe the device using iTunes and re-enroll.
