Just recently our AirWatch Cloud Connector stops working and won't connect to ps.outlook.com
Previously we had exact same issue as what is posted in this thread, https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Workspace-ONE-Discussions/Exchange-Online-MEM-Configuration-Issue/... https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/89647 and got fix using the solution they mentioned.
However after a month, we started having a different issue.
Test connection failed with the following message: System.Management.Automation.RunTimeException: Connecting to remote server ps.outlook.com failed with the following error message:
