Exception occurred generating certificate request (IOS DEVICES ONLY)

We experiencing an issue where the Certificate request fails which causes the profile to fail install? Environment: CN156.AWMDM.COM Issue Started: Around the same time Console 9.2 and IOS 11 were released. However, also affecting IOS 10 devices.

Symptom: After enrolling an IOS device into AirWatch MDM, all profiles install except the profile with all the certs needed to connect to our internal WiFi. Nothing has changed on the profile and devices deployed remain connected. Only affects new enrollment. Troubleshooting displays: ' Certificate Request Failed'  and ' Exception occurred generating certificate request' . We've had a ticket opened for longer than a week and worked with Enterprise Support but no luck so far. Issue does not affect Android, or Mac OS certs. We manage two environments that are both on CN156 and we are starting to see the same on the other.

Anyone else having the same issue??

Hi we recently upgraded from 8.4.9 to 9.5.0.19 and see the same too. We're onprem with 1 console, 2 DS and 2 VESC boxes. Have a case but awaiting support to help resolve.

Any updates on this?  We are now too seeing this on iOS devices starting late yesterday.  Certificates do eventually issue and install but instead of 1-2 min it's more like several hours now.  To our knowledge, nothing changed here.
