Error when synching applications

Using ViDM 2.9.1

receiving the following message when trying to sync apps from the Application Pool into Workspace ONE

Application pool is correctly configured within the View Administration

attempting to launch Thinapps from a RDS server (Windows 2012 R2)

Please have a look at the connector.log.. There you should find much more detailed error message..
