I have checked the connections and all come back green. The main change was an exchange certificate expired and was renewed. The old certificate was deleted and since then users on Apple Iphones have been unable to get their mail.
I have confirmed that you can get the mail via desktop but only having issues when users are trying through their apple iphone device. The cert that was replaced was on exchange hybrid box and therefore is not on the seg appliance. I checked the cert on it and it is good until next November.
Any ideas on what would cause this?
I did the usual reboot and iis resets but no luck
