Any idea why I'm getting this error?
Can you check the logs on configuator-va:
/opt/vmware/horizon/configuratorinstance/logs/configurator.log
I am getting permission denied when I try to get to that log.
You will need to be the root user.
ssh sshuser@<configurator-va>
su - root
Then, get the log file.
Also, if you can get the log file from /opt/vmware/var/log/configurator.log, that will be great
