Dear WS1 Community,
I'm new admin of our group of WS1 UEM, so this maybe a very basic question to you.
I could not find Enterprise Wipe option in the drop down of MORE ACTIONS under the Device List view, however, the Delete Device option is there.
I'm sure other company's admin could see the both delete options. Furthermore, I've checked both UEM web setting but not found any difference, the Enterprise Wipe action is ENABLED under Device Settings - System - Security - Restricted Actions.
It will be appreciated if anyone could tell me how to make Enterprise Wipe option available.
Hi @LigerChen , are you a template Console Admin? Quickest way to check if you have the right permissions is to navigate to Users > Administrators > Roles then select the role assigned to you and search "wipe". You need EDIT permission to execute an Enterprise Wipe.
