Trying to enroll a new device, but the user is not receiving emails to enroll. It doesn't even appear that WS1 is sending out to the user's address at all?
Check your ACC settings under "system>enterprise integration>cloud connector>advanced" Make sure the smtp(email relay) is set to disabled.

Support is checking on the backend to see if there's something hung up, but have not heard back yet.
