I've started a trial for Workspace One UEM.
I've added a user into the system, but I have having trouble enrolling any devices. Supposedly the invitation has been sent, but I have not been able to receive the enrollment invitation via email nor text message.
Is there additional setup that should be performed to receive email?
Are you using UEM in cloud? are you receiving any email from console at all?
You're environment is probably still configured to use the AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC) for SMTP relaying. You can change this at: Groups and Settings > All Settings > System > Enterprise Integration > Cloud Connector > Advanced > SMTP (Email Relay) > set to disabled.
