Encryption policy error on Android after app updated from AirWatch to Hub

Hello. I hope someone can help me solve this issue with my Android device (Sony Xperia XA2)
Since AirWatch was updated to Intelligent Hubm on Oct 24th, it keeps sending me a message very frequently about Encryption Policy, as if the internal storage wasn't encrypted. After accepting to ' Encrypt SD card' , it throws an error message saying that ' Device is already encrypted or it doesn't accept internal encrypting' . And Hub keeps opening all time.
The SD was already encrypted, and the device was compliance.

Hub doesn't even allow me to do anything else, since it opens this screen immediately after I open the app.
Is this a known issue? is there a workaround?

I have a customer with a Sony Xperia running Android 8.0 seeing the same issue, have you had a luck with a resolution?
