Enable Apple MDM Sample Schedule

Hi,

I've found documentation specifying that Devices & Users / Apple / MDM Sample Schedule  should be configurable under Workspace One UEM, but I am unable to find this under my admin console.

Can you please share how this can be enabled?

Many thanks!

Hello,

The URL you pointed says "System_Settings_On_Prem".

I think you should be able to access the setting you have your UEM on your premise.

VMware Knowledge Base

But above kb tells us that "For Shared saas customers, the MDM sample schedule for iOS could not be changed".

So if you are using a Shared saas environment, that should not be configurable.

(I cannot see the link for "MDM Sample Schedule" on my Shared saas tenant.)

If you are using a Dedicated saas environment, asking support team may help.

The above kb says that "We have these setting values based on the R&D research".

So I think the default shall be the best practice.

But if you have a strong will to change these values, you can ask support team if they can change these settings for you or not.

Regards
