Emergency Notifications with AirWatch

Hi All -
My company is looking into utilizing emergency text notifications.  If it will work with AirWatch, great, but we are willing to use something else if it's better.  I setup and tested the SMS gateway but it's costly and doesn't work as seamlessly as I thought it would.  There is no archiving that I can see and no way to report who received the message, read it, etc.  What is the best way to implement this?

Thanks

We use MIR3 at CSX. Problem with using the Agent to send notifications,  if the person enrolled doesn't allow notifications,  then you are SOL.

Elizabeth - are you using the TelAlert package from MIR3? I used that extensively in my last job and it was completely bulletproof.

Yes we do. You're correct, it's a fantastic system text, email and/or phone calls or different variations can be sent. 🙂

Bobby H. May I ask what third party provider you went with for your SMS gateway?
