So I am new to air watch. I am being told that when we set up the devices in the past on Airwatch that the email clients would also get setup. We are having to Manually set up email. Am i missing something? Where in the Admin Console do i locate that Piece?
Hi Glenn, depending on what type of device you have, you have to create a payload/profile with the activesync section filled out accordingly. You assign that payload/profile to a smart group and select auto deploy. It's fairly straight forward and simple.
