Email address not populating automatically in the boxer app

Hello Guys,

I've pushed boxer app to all the android devices but email id not populating automatically.

Tried this configuration but did not help

User and Email address both given as UserPrincipalName  & email address.

Any help or suggestions to fix the issue will be much appreciated.

We use the following hope it helps:

Boxer Config Settings:

User: {EmailUserName}

Email Address: {EmailAddress}

Also under Console Settings > All Settings > System > Enterprise Integration > Directory Services  we set the following:

Email Username = sAMAccountName

[arbhavanam]

I tried with that but did not help.

This setting fixed the issue.

In security policies, disable the "Force token for app authentication" settings.
