I have been using WS1 on premise for years now including the SEG. We are trying to setup another MEM configuration for a second mail server on a separate AD.
1. I have setup a new OG that is configured for that new organizations OG. Confirmed working.
2. I have configured at the top a new MEM configuration for this ActiveSync instance. Confirmed with direct setup of Outlook the server is accessible and the account does work.
3. Setup Boxer to point to that OG and that MEM configuration
4. Enrolled a device in the OG of the new organization.
Boxer installs and launches and even accepts the password for the email address shown automatically on the screen. But the device never shows the MEM configuration that is assigned. Just shows Unassigned so doesn't work. You can see that in the attached image.
Any thoughts on what I'm missing?
