Email Notification Service v2 Error

Has anyone experienced the following error when setting up ENSv2? The Boxer client logs are showing the following errors. VMware says they've applied my CNSv2 certificate already...

Hi Stephen, thanks for that but we are on a dedicated SAAS, so I don't think it's applicable.  The article also says it will be an issue from June 22nd 2019.
