ENSv1 for 1811 Stopped Working After Upgrade

I just ran through the upgrade of ENSv1 for 1811. Most of the required information in the install wizard was already filled in based on my previous settings. After the install said it completed successfully the service stops with the following exception. Thoughts?

I ended up rebooting and attempted to start the service 3 times.  The 3rd time it remained running.
