Download app from Apps Portal but failed

Recently I found that the iOS devices cannot download apps from Apps Portal

I download the public application (that can find in App Store) from Apps Portal into the iOS device and it is work.
When I download the internal application (that cannot find in App Store) from Apps Portal into the iOS device and it showed ' Unable to download. XXXXX could not be download at this time.' .

Although the app icon is appeared on the screen, but it displayed black color and nothing happen after I clicked it.

Are you sure the app is properly signed and not expired?

It is partially fixed. Airwatch said that it is an issue with CDN

Hi Steve, this issue happened since yesterday. Not only one but all the apps in internal applications and all the devices are facing this error.
Is it problem with the setting?

This is slowly happening to our company as well. Any one have a solution. I have a ticket open. Only way I can quick fix is to push a new version of the application, without making any changes. only change was publishing new version number and it started to work for us. AW Support is telling us to get the provisioning profile for a code that's related to this post:https://support.workspaceone.com/solutions/SOL-6819.

Anyone in same boat or know of permanent fix for all apps?
