I'm having connection issues with my gateway-va (external access stops after a view minutes, but internal always works) and I'm wondering if there's a firewall or some other logs that I can look at that might help me figure out why this happening.
We don't have a firewall on gateway, so I can't think of a reason.
Will a webex help to your environment?
Possibly. I'm at a customer's site right now so I likely can't do it tonight. Maybe some other time this week tho. Would any log files be helpful?
