Ever since the ticketing system transitioned from AirWatch to VMware last year, I have not been able to see attachments or images in my tickets. This was not the case with the previous ticketing system. Is everyone experiencing the same issue, or is this something specific to my account?
I was trying to dig up the VMware KB on this. This has been the same for some time but rest assure support does have and can see the attachment with the ticket.
I can imagine, of course, how ignoring this can be.
