Hello,
We have a ticket for this but have not gotten much progress on this issue.
We are disabling iMessage for iPhones via policy, and when you do that it also stops the Settings>Messages from working on the device, meaning you cannot change anything else there like notifications.
Is anyone else having this issue?
We are on iOS 16.1 now, but other versions of 16 also had this issue.
