Directory Sync issues at vRA post bind user password changed.

Hi,

We have created Directories over IWA at our available domains.

It did work fine till the Bind User password is not changed.

Once the Bind user account password is changed at the active directory, the directory sync failed stating the error message "Failed to complete dry run".

We are using the vRA 7.2 version.

Has anyone experienced similar issue?

If so request to share the fix.

Yes, and you will need to update the bind user password in vRA in order to fix the issue.

Yes, I did change the password and tried to sync, but still we see errors during the directory sync.

Any other troubleshooting steps ?

Please show the error you get with some screenshots. Also show how you have your identity source configured.

We get below error -

Also Identity Provider is configured. We have the directory and active directory authentication worked till the bind user password is not expired.

Post changing the password , we are seeing this issue. And Domain users are not able to authenticate. Only local users at vRA are able to login.
