Directions for user in catalog when installing app?

Anyone know if it's possible to put a paragraph at the top of the app catalog not the WS1 version but the old AirWatch Catalog telling people for guidance on how to setup an app after installing, please go to this URL?  Or a way to have a message in each app that tells them that when they launch it?

as a solution we pushed content locker out to all devices and listed directions for all app setups in the content locker. by doing this every user has setup instructions pre loaded for each app configuration including screen shots.

Thanks Kevin.  That's actually a really good idea.  To bad we can't rename Content to like for my company NS Docs or something but that sounds like a good approach.
