Device registration encountered an error

Device registration encountered an error during Workspace One enrollment for  Google Pixel first generation XL phone running Android 9.0.

I’m having issues too since this morning. I’m could not register both my iPhones X and 7. The profile get downloaded but it says “Not Signed”.

Also my Hub app now shows no apps.
