Device data from Google not received. Contact your IT administrator to resolve.

Anybody knows how we can resolve this problem. We are unable to enroll device. Message appears after we choose ownership type.

I found out that DNS was not resolving google services.

Hi,

Same issue here. I cannot enroll the devices on one specific OU.

Any idea about what to do?

I had this for a user, switched to mobile data from home Wifi and worked .
