I am having an issue where our fleet of iPads aren't checking in as expected. If I launch the Hub app their ' last seen' status changes to immediate but otherwise are not seen by the console.
If I make a change on the console the change is not replicated to the device(s) immediately as it usually does. Changes seem to take effect over a 24 hour period (I have left the devices connected to power and unlocked overnight for testing)
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
