Device Wipe missing from Android EMM enrolled devices

I just noticed that our Android EMM (non-legacy) devices have no option for Device Wipe from the WS1 Console.

Our "Work Managed Enrollment Type" is "Device Based".

Or "Fully-Managed Device Enrollments" is COPE.

In either, the devices only have the option for Enterprise Wipes, no Device wipes.

Is that normal?

Typically this occurs if the Device is deployed as BYOD thru intelligent hub or if the device is marked as employee owned.
