Device Logs

Hopefully an easy one to answer - Device logs under the troubleshooting tab of a device only seem to go back a couple of days. Is there a way to increase the duration logs are held or are they accessible somewhere else?

Yes this is possible. We had ours set to show 30 days of events, but have since changed this to 90 days. This will need to be performed by your Global Admin at the Global OG and is located under Groups & Settings > All Settings > Admin > Data Purging.
