Hello, I'm testing a process to remove mobile accounts that are already created on a Mac device.
The Mac is joined to our AD domain and Creating mobile accounts on first login is checked off. So there are already a few accounts with home directories on the device.
I then created a new device profile using the Mobility payload to delete the mobile accounts as soon as the device is able to do it. (please see attached)
I've resynced the Hub and see the profile is on the device. However, the accounts remain. I made sure that I am only logged in as the local administrator.
Does this only work for mobile accounts created by the same Mobility payload? And not ones that previously existed on the Mac?
If anyone can point me to a link or any info, that would very helpful.
