DEP token will not renew

Hi, Been having issues now with Airwatch for 5 months and no one can seem to help. Hoping you can. Bought Airwatch through Vodafone and they performed an initial setup. I then took over and ran through the wizards to finish it off. Got DEP and airwatch talking and was about to order a hundred phones and just thought i would order 1 more test phone, make sure it is coming from Vodafone correctly. It came, Invalid profile. Tried new profile, nope. Renewed token, nope. Nothing. So thought ok lets scrap everything, New MDM server, Push cert etc. Still nothing. I cant re-new the token its still the old one despite starting from scratch. Any ideas? Been doing this for 5 months.


Vodafone cant help (they are trying just not getting anywhere) VMWare wont touch it. So far have spent ££££ for nothing. Help

Did you create the APN cert and a new token for the DEP integration?
Be sure to assign, on the DEP portal, your devices to the new server.
