i have a custom admin role that ive been tweaking and its users have reported that they are now unable to view all OGs in our main container.
When they go to devices they can not drop down to the several OGs we have in our environment. same thing when they go to Apps and Books. they are limited to just our main OG and not its children.
ive been searching throughout all the Role Categories and it looks correct. any suggestions on what i missed in creating the Role?
