Create Assignment Groups from installed Applications

It will be good to see the ability to create assignment from wether an application is installed or not. I understand the compliance policy can be a workaround but when for scoping specific profiles or others options assignments groups will be more beneficial.

What is your use case/work flow with this request?

I want to be able to deploy a profile with custom settings for Application X, but only make it available to those with application X installed. When I look at the options to create assignment groups I can choose from pre determine options or manually add users/devices. Because the application can be installed manually, I will like to set up an assignment group that changes automatically.
