Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has come across the problem, that when users check their automatic downloads everything is correctly presented, however only a few of the files are actually being downloaded? It seems as though Content waits maybe 30 seconds by each file and then when nothing comes it breaks it off and tries the next. It will do this through the whole list of files and maybe succesfully download about 10% of the files. Our setup:
- Relay/ End-Point
- Content Gateway v.9.2
- Server version 2008 r2
- Console version 9.7
- Share is a ZFS
This appears to have suddenly started about 3/4 weeks ago and during off peak times, or after a re-start, it will get better for a time. The problem does fluctuate during the day. VMware couldn't find anything in the logs I sent.
