Constant Android App Notification Alerts for Location

I added an App Permissions Profile (on Android Tablets) and gave a few apps "Grant all permissions" access. These apps require various permissions. The tablet will now constantly alert that "Your IT admin is allowing X to access your location". If you clear the notifications, they just keep re-populating alerting you over and over. We're are also using a Launcher, if that makes a difference.

We have the same setup as yours and get the same notifications as yours. 

All my attempts at resolving them didn't work including a suggestion somewhere on this forum use Samsung Service Plugin app. 

I ended up re-creating the App Permissions profile and that seems to have stopped the notifications but for how long I don't know. 

Very flakey.
