Connector not showing up

I am trying to install a new workspace one access v20. All i need it for is directory sinc for vrops.

This is what i have done

1. I installed the appliance and assigned a certificate.
2. Downloaded the workspace one access connector
3. Installed it using a new generated config file

All 3 services are started and i had no errors during the install

but it is not showing up in the appliance

I cant see any errors in the logs and i have rebooted everything can anyone help

I've had the same issue. It turned out I had not changed the default self-signed certificates on my WS1 Access appliance and so I had to add the Root-CA fo the Appliance during the setup of the connector (use custom setup). The root CA can be downloaded using the Appliance configuration page - certificates - choose "auto generate" and click the link below to download the root ca of that appliance.
