Is anyone else having issues with devices that are clearly online triggering the Device Not Seen compliance rule?
We have had a number of devices trigger the rule even though the user is using the device all day long.
It will help narrow down the issue if you provide the platform this is happening on and console version.
Without additional information, I would recommend that you have the users check the Hub app version and have them open the Hub app. Android has power save and data saver mode. These may keep the Hub app from running on the background unless the user grants an exception. Are the devices presenting the problem all a single platform?
