Clearing out previous employer information from Intelligent HUB
I have Intelligent HUB on my I-Phone from a previous employer that is no longer in business. I just recently found a new job and they also use Intelligent HUB for their e-mail mobility. I tried to put their information into my phone, but the app still has the prior employer's info. I am not able to clear that info out. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but the info is still populated. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hi, go into Settings, General, scroll down to Device Mgmt and tap on it. Tap on the Device Manager, scroll down to the bottom and if you see ' remove management' tap it. If you don't see the remove option, contact your old employer.
