Change user on device

Is it possible to change the user on a device after the device is set up. For example, a user set up 3 devices so when his name is searched all 3 pop up. We want to have it change in the hub to the person using the device now. Is this possible?

Not sure which type of devices your referring to but i can tell you this is a no for iOS. you have to reenroll the device to assign to a new person. If this is going to be a frequent occurance, look into setting up shared devices. with shared devices you can do what your asking.

Jamie is correct. You can certainly do that if it's set up as a shared device.

In a single-user device context, must one wipe the device to ' re-enroll'  the device under a different user?  Or is there some sort of way to directly re-enroll the device?

Perhaps this is possible if the setting 'Disable Unenroll Option in Intelligent Hub' is not enabled? I would assume once a device is unenrolled, anyone can re-enroll with the same Hub app. This is different compared to a multi-user shared device though.
