Change support email address inside the Airwatch agent

Hi!
Does anyone know if its possible to change the default email address to support requests from the Airwatch agent for iOS?
At the moment the default address is ' noreply@company.com' .
I would like to change that to e.g. ' helpdesk@myrealcompanyname,com' .
Also where do the agent search for email addresses, it sure doesn't search in the devices configured iOS exchange account.

You can cusotmize both support mail / support phone number per each OG individually. Just select OVERIDE.

Go to Settings > All Settings > Devices & Users > General > Enrollment  then click on the Customization Tab. There you can change the email address and phone number that shows up in the Agent.

But where in the agent can you view the phone number, well i can't find it...

I can't remember right off the top of my head on the AirWatch Agent but in the new Workspace One Intelligence Hub that is replacing the Agent next month their is a section on the main screen called support where both are listed. When you click on them it will either take you right to your phones app and put in the number or to your email client and enter in the address.

For example Once ios AW Agent is opened on the very bottom you have icons bar.

There „Supoort” can be seen.
Click it and u will have two position listed. Behid them u u have email and phone number configured in console

Thanks for your replies.
I wonder if it can be that since i've just checked the agent on iPads that has no cellular, the phonenumber don't show up under the support section. I'll check a phone later.

Hi,

at the moment we have a problem , that the HUB app does not show the email address or phone number on all devices. The configuration is inherited for all organizational units. Any idea?
