Cant deploy puplic apps which are in private Playstore

Since Yesterday we cant deploy apps which we added to the playstore in to the private Playstore.
Those Apps dont show up in playstore in the workprofil. Old devices still show this apps.

When i deploy over the user, it says "The product is not available in the device's country." I Checked the Google Account. Its all set right.

Found a solution.
Google is making the wrong Country.

(Sorry had to translate some word by myselfe)

You go in Public App --> Add Application -->  Platform: Android --> Private App --> Choose App --> Advance Editing --> Chose the Google Account which is your Connection Account --> Production --> Countrys/Regions  --> You add your Country

And then it will show again in your Playstore

Don't know why, but google changed the Countrys :S
