Can't enroll a Samsung Z Flip 4 into MDM. It gets stuck at "Configuring something spectacular"

I have a user who got a new Flip 4 phone that won't enroll. We have a couple of Fold 4s and a Flip 3 enrolled, so I don't know why a Flip 4 would be a problem, but I have seen this once before a couple of years ago when someone had a new model Samsung phone that would not enroll. I think it got stuck at the same point. Multiple people have tried to help her. Is there a trick anyone knows or can anyone confirm they've had trouble enrolling a Samsung Flip 4?


This person also has an iPhone so she'll continue using that. I'm surprised we only have one Flip 4 user since they have reduced the price so much over the holidays. Thanks for any suggestions!
