Boxer Sync issues on Verizon network

We recently started seeing issues with Boxer on devices that connect over Verizon's network. iOS mainly but we've had similar reports on Android devices. When the app is opened and a manual sync is initiated the usual status message ' Updating'  is displayed at the top of the inbox window, but no emails are pulled in. Sometimes for minutes or hours. We have setup native mail on the same device and the device syncs no problem. We also tested an AT&T device on a Verizon mifi and the same issue occurred. The Boxer logs have a lot of ' NSError'  and ' NSURL'  errors like below. NSErrorFailingURLKey=?Cmd=ItemOperations&DeviceId=xxxxx Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-999 ' (null)'  Its been a month since we started seeing this issue and its not getting better.


 


Has anyone else seen this?
