we have a problem with some ios devices with BYOD configuration.
they can enroll their phones/ipads without any problems, install the profile and all looks well.
but on some devices, we get an error message in the hub-app called: Response status code was unacceptable: 401
we have no restrictions configured that could trigger this
sometimes, we can enroll BYOD devices without any problems, sometimes not.
the error occurs on different devices
any ideas ?
problem solved
we set a restriction in the past to only allow iOS 13 devices and higher.
but the restriction didn´t know some iOS sub-versions. so airwatch blocked the enrollment.
we deleted this restriction and everything is working again
