Authentication issue due to DB FULL

Hi Community,

I'm currently unable to login to admin portal.

When i have checked the logs , it seems to be an issue related to database , could you please help on how to fixe such problems?

The transaction log for database 'WorkspaceONEUEM' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'.Class:

You won't be able to Login until you fix the issue on the DB.

 

Firstly, you need to check if you can increase the size of the disk to start working. performing a full backup should help you decrease the Tlog on the DB server. I believe once that's done you should be able to log back in.
