Hi Hamza,
What device platform are you referring to?
Are you referring to Internal apps, public apps or VPP apps?

Internal applications are easy to configure for this use case. You have some some control over VPP apps, but not the level you have over internal apps.

Hello Jason,
Sorry i forget to mention, am referring to VPP Apps, if there is an option to manage the Catalog list of Apps or to remove Apps assignment without removing App from devices that would solve the problem.
