Had a user contact me about an iPad that they say Boxer told them "the institution did a clean wipe" or his words for it. Then something about being asked to reset it but didn't work? Not sure what that's about but I do not see any iPad in our system for him. This is an on-premise system. Is there a way to access removed device records in WS1 or thru DB queries to see history? Is there any way to search for a username and see their historical enrollment or what happened?
I used to managed and on-prem environment and sure you should be able to run a sql query on the DB as it is on prem, I do not not recall the actual SQL statement but yes you should be able to find the record and also delete such.
I recommend to backup the DB prior running any commands, and also to run the maintenance routing every 3 months or so depending on how many users you currently have on your environment.
