Antivirus or security app recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for antivirus and security apps for smartphones.
I have about 1400 devices, a mix of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel.
I know there are a number of antivirus/antimalware/security apps available, but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

I installed Lookout for a few customers. it intergrates with UEM very well.
